GetOkExists is deprecated

Although GetOkExists is deprecated, it is needed to fix the problem of zero becomes nil. If it's replacement is created, it would be better to replace GetOkExists. related. https://github.com/mackerelio-labs/terraform-provider-mackerel/pull/44
