Use MAX_LINEAR_VELOCITY and MAX_ANGULAR_VELOCITY for jog

MAX_LINEAR_VELOCITY and MAX_ANGULAR_VELOCITY are dedicated maximum values for jog sliders and should be used instead of MAX_VELOCITY of TRAJ or AXIS.
