What are the barriers in adapting WARCreate be used in the TOR browser?

The current incarnation of the browser is based off of Firefox, so adhering Web Extensions might facilitate this.

Tor browser disables a lot of capabilities of the source browser for the sake of privacy, so it is difficult to say for sure without testing the extension in it.
