lost all data after changing docker desktop mode from hyperv to wsl2

I changed my docker desktop for windows to wsl2 from hyperv. I tried logging into dailynotes and the log in wouldn't work. So I recreated the user, and now all the data is lost. i don't see how to recover anything. Any advice?

My best guess is that you used an internal docker volume instead of a directory to mount the config directory? And then when you switched engines it lost all the data.
