protobuf-net 还在用framework3.0的现在最新的已经到netcore5.0了

protobuf-net 是基础库带的,默认现在没在使用而且 .net core 5 下面完没有问题的而且使用的 protobuf-net 是 netstandard1.5 完全兼容 .net 5
