使用koyeb代替heroku/railway
目前推荐通过 heroku 部署，其它小厂商扛不住，人一多就会改变服务条款。唯独 heroku 已经稳定好多年了。
heroku也抗不住了，已经收到通知了， 2022 年 11 月 28 日开始收费。

为啥我一注册koyeb就被封。。。。。。刚注册完显示检查，然后就显示”We cannot offer you access to Koyeb Your account matches patterns often associated with violations of our Terms of Service.

我现在依然是一注册就封号，注册一个封一个，不知道搞什么鬼
啥也没说，刚注册就跟别人一样发验证链接到邮箱，点了链接之后审核，但大概十几秒之后就是图中这样了

本月给哪吒探针加上 alpine 的支持。可以看到容器状态，同时也有 VNC ，可以 ssh 进去系统操作。我利用环境还做点其他事。效果如下。要不要加上，要的话我作个 PR
BTW。在 Koyeb 上，多数的环境变量，最好不要用明文 plaintext，改用 secret 安全性较好。

已经 PR 了，估计 mogenius 一样可以的，你需要 docker build 一个新的镜像，以 copy 新的文件。你的 docker build 不一并做在 action 里呢？更方便。
