NPM package out of sync

For some reason, it seems like the npm package does not have the latest changes.

For example, the TCPServer still exports the single bind function instead of the two separate functions for IP4 and IP6.

The as-lunatic bindings are a bit out of date and don't work with the latest vm release. @jtenner is working on bringing them back up to date. Hopefully we have again something useful soon 🤞.
