I see "Executing FormatUnit ($04)" in the [debug] log, line 18? I'll try running some more operations to get page 01 to trigger today!

And yes, there are no RaSCSI errors reported in the [debug] log, the error is on the ASR-10 at the end of the Formatting process, just after the final Read...

Attempting to rename the .iso to .hds as suggested in the Wiki (https://github.com/akuker/RaSCSI/wiki/RaSCSI-for-Hardware-Samplers#compatibility) works! But is it worth keeping this open to debug why it won't work as a CD-ROM...
