The RegEx for 'Time in 24-hour format' does not give minutes value in the output

Steps to Reproduce :

• Go to RegEx Site
• Go to 'Time in 24-hour format' section and enter the test string as : 22:33
• Observe that the output returned is : 22
• The RegEx can be : /^([01]?[0-9]|2[0-3]):([0-5][0-9])$/ in order to give the minutes value in the output

Expected Result The RegEx for 'Time in 24-hour format' should give minutes value in the output

Actual Result The RegEx for 'Time in 24-hour format' does not give minutes value in the output
