It's on the releases page https://github.com/lukefor/persistentwindows/releases

Though as noted in the readme, I would highly recommend using http://www.stefandidak.com/windows-layout-manager/ instead - it's better in every way

So I have your program working like 99% how I want it to, it just doesn't put a few Chrome windows exactly where they should be, they end up a few pixels short, but not a big deal overall.

I tried to use Windows Layout Manager (WiLMa) but there's SO many options in that, do you have any advice on how to quickly get it setup so it works just like PersistentWindows does? Where it just is always watching and restores things how they are all the time?

Thanks in advance.
