Boolean assignment operators

I've been irked a few times by the lack of a ^^ boolean XOR. It would also be nice to have boolean assignment-operator forms, e.g. x &&= y. This might be a good opportunity to see what it's like to alter Go's syntax.

I realized a second later that boolean XOR is just !=. Oops. Boolean assignment operators would still be nice though.
