#739, #763 and #783 appear to have addressed most of this. I reviewed the [API approval file](https://github.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-dotnet-client/blob/master/projects/Unit/APIApproval.Approve.approved.txt) to see if anything else seemed like obvious candidates for removal. I'll leave...

Is this an issue that should be evaluated for version `6.0` or left alone for now? @michaelklishin @kjnilsson

Moving to version `7.0.0` milestone.

I will hopefully be able to bring this PR up-to-date once #1199 is merged.
