Maia Chess Engine 2
It seems that Maia Chess Engine 2 has been released for a month now with many improvements. I don't know if it is possible to have this in Lucas Chess ?
It looks like a way of calculating the new maia neural networks. If so, I'll wait for them to be created. The new program update includes maia-2200
On the Maia website, the engines seem to stop at Maia 1900, while Lucas Chess offers versions up to 2200. Could you help me understand the reason for this difference?
This is done in another repository: https://github.com/CallOn84/LeelaNets
By the way, have you considered enabling GitHub Discussions for this repository? Several of the current issues aren’t really issues and would be better suited for a discussion board.
I had no idea that these discussions existed. It is too late to open them in this repository. However, I have opened them for LucaschessR6.
