Default sounds

I found the issue in the old GitHub, https://github.com/lukasmonk/lucaschess/issues/117, but not here, so adding it here. I hope that is fine.

The option to record sounds is unique. However, to have default sounds would be great.

I assume using Google speech is a copyright problem?

Though I don't mind recording the sounds, it's a bit of an overhead to maintain the sound file. C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasChessR\UserData\__Config__\sounds.pkd

Currently there are 25 languages. It would be nice to have a resource page, with engines, themes and sounds, it is an idea to work on in the future.

I cannot speak for all but it would be nice to have English for a start.
