language select window

After the first start of Lucas Chess, the window to select languages gets strangely placed and cannot be minimized or closed, there's also no icon in the toolbar that this process/program is opened, so it cannot be exited at this point.

• I think it should work like a window that can be moved around, minimized and exited, if it is placed somewhere strange.
• Add text to show what this window represents, like Select a Lucas Chess language
