Add pagination for classifications/identifications

The user profiles currently look like this:

The design could look a lot better. In addition, right now there are long lists of classifications and identifications on profile pages. This is really nice so that there's one place I can go to see a user's work on the app. However it is quite ugly. So we should:

• Order by "most recent first"
• Add pagination or some other way of hiding the sometimes quite long lists of classifications/identifications. For example, showing only the top 20 and then having a "show all" button to unhide the remainder would be a fine solution.

@redshiftzero I am new to cypherpunks write code and I would like to help with this task. I am a security professional and familiar with Python, but would like to get better working on a project. Is this a good fit? If it is not, can you recommend other tasks for me to work on?

Welcome @pinkgladiator :) Yep, this is a good choice for first ticket. I recommend starting by sorting the lists of classifications and identifications on a user's profile by id such that the most recent item appears first (the most recent item will have the highest id).
