I am trying to use LFortran with Juila, so plain text JSON would be OK.

The goal is to convert Fortran to Julia, yet automatic wrapper generation can be a good first step.

@certik Can we use `std::filesystem::exists` (which requires C++17)?

I used `CLI::NonexistentPath` instead.

This would be awesome!

@certik Maybe we can close this issue, or rename it and use it as a dashboard for Julia related issues?

As a note, dependencies of `libsoup` include: - Glib - SQLite - nghttp2 - brotli - libpsl - LibUnwind

@giordano I have confirmed locally that this worked (for building soup).

Not yet, since soup did not compile successfully (it was stuck at `meson` step without glib-networking, and now there was some other issue)
