Convert Question Marks to Flags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes if there's a long wall of unknowns I'll want to try out a configuration of flags to see if that gives me a conflict somewhere. And then when I'm happy with the layout, I'd like to turn all question marks into flags.

Describe the solution you'd like Some kind of a button somewhere, or maybe long-pressing on the "question mark" selector, could give me two options, one for "Turn all question marks into flags" and another for "clear all question marks", both would make my life easier when trying out a "draft" of a solution.

Describe alternatives you've considered You can obviously go through and turn them all manually, but even that is harder than it needs to be because when you tap on a question mark while you have the "flag tool" selected, it doesn't convert the question mark directly into a flag, it first clears the question mark. So it's actually two taps per question mark to get it to be a flag.

What I would actually love though, is to not use question marks for this, but actually to kinda "enter a draft mode" and then try out my proposal with real flags and with the "highlight unsatisfied numbers" updating accordingly, so I can more easily see that things are being satisfied. In this mode nothing could be exposed, only putting flags on stuff. Then either commit the draft or rollback. And maybe another option for "clear the draft but stay in draft mode".
