Copies nothing to clipboard

Hello, I'm using Atom 1.8.0 on Windows. I have installed python3 and the copy-as-rtf package. However, when I select the command "Copy as Rtf: Copy", nothing gets copied to the clipboard. I have tried looking for errors in the Dev Tools, but I saw no errors logged to the console. I have tried this with text selected and with no text selected.

I have verified that python is in my PATH environment variable, by opening a Command Prompt window and typing where python. I see that it returns the path to python.exe. I then run atom from that same Command Prompt, to be sure that its PATH also includes python.

Is this a known issue? If not, how can I get this working? Thank you.

I also have this issue - Using Anaconda's Python - I get nor errors but nothing in the clip board either. I am Using Python 3.7.1 EDIT: ATOM 1.35.1 x64
