Hello, is there a tutorial for installing the thor library in the windows environment?

@yang-gis I am not familiar on windows environment setup. Theoretically speaking, if you can setup opencv in cmake on windows, then everything should work with cmake, I am not a fan of VisiualStudio. The sourcecode should be work on windows. I maybe try config on windows in the near future.
