What the caffe2's inference cost time?

@SyGoing This code mostly borrowed from another repo. I test on mobilenet RFBNet, it's fast but less accuracy. However the RFBNet with VGG seems with a nice prospect both on speed and accuracy, it's about 60-80 fps on GTX 1080ti
