Further comments
This adds updates to enable the OpenTelemetry Auto-Instrumentation Libraries on the api and node services. Also includes an additional docker-compose to launch an internal otel stack.
This update also includes a replacement of the deprecated duckdb-async library in favor of the duckdb/node-api library. The prior library was also causing test errors which were resolved with the package update. Minor modifications were made to the plugin to ensure functionality with the updated package.
