[Feat]: Allow extension of the Event Handler window horizontally, and remember the size choice

A User has requested on Discord to have the flexibility to

• Extend the size of the Event Handler window, horizontally. and
• If possible, remember the size choice atleast for the current session such that when a new Event Handler window is opened, Lowcoder remembers the size and default it to that size.

More details can be read in this discord thread, here . As we have this ability to extend the code editor at many places already, so this would be easy to do.
