[Bug]: Issues faced while testing default Theme settings

Current Behavior

1. Default Theme settings don't get applied for some components. e.g. Page Layout and Float Text Container
2. Styles of the Existing components do not update after User disables "Prevent Overwriting Styles" toggle ( while a Theme is applied )

Expected Behavior

Fix all the mentioned issues in "Current Behaviour" section.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set a default Theme.
2. Drag different Components onto Canvas
