[Bug]: On Table component, Horizontal/Vertical Row Grid Border is not working

Current Behavior

On Table Component,

1. Vertical Row Grid Border is not working.
2. Horizontal Row Grid Border just changes the Horizontal line of Header and makes it a bit thicker.

Expected Behavior

Via Horizontal/Vertical Row Grid Border properties, User could control the display of the border between rows / columns. So, it should allow User to do this.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a Table component.
2. Go to Row Style section in Properties Tab.
3. Toggle ON Horizontal/Vertical Row Grid Border properties.
4. Observe the view on Table component.
