Agreed in the TSC meeting that we can add a clarification to differentiate between "these two things in a row and column really don't go together" and "empty value"

I agree with the general sentiment here, it's probably not useful to add as a special case in 3.2 and I will therefore close the issue as not planned.

I think it would be good to update the elasticsearch examples to work for opensearch instead, and rename them and their directory.

I really like the start sequence as a reason to tag services, it's a nice real-world use case! @olivierhuber-aiven would you consider writing this as a blog post with explanation...
