Index iterations in the GHA workflow logs?

Currently, the touchstone GHA workflow log tells you only that it just ran an iteration. But, as a user, it will be very helpful to which iteration was just run. This would give some idea as to how much longer the workflow might take to run.

So, instead of "Ran 1 iteration ...", this could be "Ran iteration number 24 ..." or "Ran iteration number 24 (out of 100) ...".
