Mouse scroller didn't work properly on sidebar

Steps:

1, Go to http://stage.loomx.io/developers 2, Hover the mouse on Right side of the page and use mouse scroller, It worked 3, Hover the mouse on sidebar and try to use mouse scroller, It didn't worked smoothly instead it tries to scroll the right side of the page
