bind Firebase Analytics SDK.

SDK is in the analytics-sdk repo and has some predefined configuration. Next step is to create environment based configuration.

Cookie based enabling is also added as a placeholder. The Cookie Consent should set a cookie after approval of the user, so we can enable this cookie based.
