Links in PDF are opened in the logseq browser instead of the system default browser

What Happened?
When you open PDF in a separate window, the links in the PDF are opened in the logseq browser instead of the system default browser.
Reproduce the Bug
- open a PDF in logseq
- make it in a new window
- click the link in the PDF
Expected Behavior
You will find you open the link with logseq instead of the system default one.

Like #3544, but a link in PDF with new window.
Can't reproduce on macOS. Looking for feedback from other windows users.
Have the same issue on macOS, Logseq is v0.9.18 (71)
Same here on win10 with 0.9.19
