Spot/Preemptible cloud instance provisioning

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I am very much using the dev pod to almost all backend dev activities. And i found its really worthy if we can use the spot/Preemptible instances with cloud that supports it.

Which solution do you suggest?
a configurable choice to use spot instances when using supported cloud providers

Which alternative solutions exist?
No alternatives as of now afaik.

Hi @ysaakpr, thanks for opening this issue. Spot and preemtible instances can safe you costs but this comes at the expense of reliability. Imagine you're in the middle of coding something and your VMs is being destroyed. We'd need to build a good UX aroun preemption in DevPod to help you persist your latest changes and move them to a new spot VM. This is certainly doable but I'd question if it's worth the effort.
