I've found that FamilytreeNow.com is highly accurate with reverse phone number, reverse address and name lookup if you would consider adding it to your OSINT framework.
Waatp now redirects to dead site if lucky, malware if not. Simply removed this from the list to prevent others from clicking and reaching a broken site.
