Is there anything we should do as a working group around the upcoming Dev Meeting in November?

meeting on 2021-10-26:

maybe a round table? ideas for topics:
- maybe just a generic infrastructure round table to get community input?
- maybe something around pre-commit testing? TODO: @metaflow
- discussion on the RFC on Pull requests is probably too early

Anja would be interested in helping organize a round table.
