Is there a site where I can read the docs?

Three ways you could address this:

• Minimal: in the README, say that if I want to read the docs I need to check out the REPO and look at the HTML pages in a browser
• In the README, point to an existing site where I can read the docs.
• Set up a site where I can browse the docs and point to it in the README
