Camera not turned off in Windows after stop publishing video track

there is an issue in turned off the camera in Windows desktop app. when i try to publish the video track it works fine but camera not turned off after stop publishing

I am using :

[√] Flutter (Channel stable, 3.10.6, on Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22621.2134], locale en-IN) [√] Windows Version 11 (Installed version of Windows is version 10 or higher) [√] Visual Studio - develop for Windows (Visual Studio Community 2022 17.6.5)

Livekit Package : livekit_client: ^1.4.3

I've tested and it doesn't seem to reproduce this issue. are you using room.localParticipant.setCameraEnabled(false); to unpublish video track?
