这份 可以同时识别中文和英文车牌，我是没有中文车牌训练库，代码是我找的一个，我在OSX和Windows已经调试通，后面将放到我的GitHub上，以供研究学习。请问你们有车牌识别的训练库吗？现在缺少中文省份字。
