Add Workflow Character Limit Error Message

When scheduling a workflow, I have realized there is a 54 character limit as I was had a workflow name with 59 characters and got the error Workflow name can only be lowercase characters and alpha numeric which was very confusing to me since the workflow name was in fact alphanumeric (as shown in below image)

I think it would be beneficial to add a different error message if the character limit is reached, and maybe do an initial check at the first step of scheduling a workflow when entering the workflow name & description.
