LitmusCTL doesn't work with DEX

To use a different account than a password-based one, it's necessary to log in via the portal, copy a valid JWT token issued after authentication via DEX and paste it in the .litmusconfig file in order to be able to get projects assigned to an IDC user.

currently, litmusctl isn't supporting dex. This is the first request we are getting for it. So, we'll start working on this.
