Litespeed scripts : add them to optimisation loop !

Hello, I would like to make a request: It would be good to, if active, to put the scripts used by litespeed in the optimization loop (defer/merge), or at least to propose the option (on/off).

Scripts like : webfontloader.min.js instant_click.min.js and the others
