Tag with name to Redis

Hi there,

Today we get a random tag in Redis. Would be nice if the domain name appear here instead.

Redis monitor:

Change the "4c224posts.35751" to "domainname.se::posts" or a custom tag in admin.

Domain name is too long and will take more space in most cases.

Custom tag could result in conflict in multiple wordpress installations.
