v3.0.1 - Purge all on update post not work

Hello

I just update to v3.0.1.

Auto Purge Rules For Publish/Update =>> All pages checked

But when I update a post, it only purges the post URL, related URLs like home, categories are not purged yet.

Still works fine on v2.9.9.2

All plugins I used:

Fly Dynamic Image Resizer LiteSpeed Cache Polylang Pro Post SMTP Redirection Remove Old Slugs Site Kit by Google Yoast SEO

Hi, please take care of this case, I think the issue is Litespeed is not compatible with Polylang.
