Scrollbar colours

Is there any way to change the scrollbar colours. In windows 10 my Processing (2 and 3) editor uses the windows colour?

Unfortunately this is impossible to fix. Processing uses Swing, a Java framework which uses native OS scrollbars, buttons etc. What I can recommend is installing a dark Windows theme, like Penumbra, but this is somewhat risky as you need to install UltraUxThemePatcher (which modifies system files). This solution is also not quite perfect, as Monokai uses slightly yellow shades of gray to make it easier on your eyes, while Penumbra uses pure gray, but it's still better that nothing.
