README Instructions to Run Mishkall GUI on Windows Does Not Contain Pre-built Binary

The official README instructions suggests to run "MishkalGui.exe" on Windows but that binary is not bundled in the Github repo nor is there any instructions for compiling the binary from scratch?

It looks like running python interfaces/gui/mishkal-gui.py also works on Windows (launches the GUI application)
