Consider having guix buildsystem to replace musl-cross-make

Build system failed again with #807 (Debian:Bulseye) which was fixed by putting the deocker image to debian10 (#808).

This tells us that once again, later on in host system upgrades, current commit ids won't be reproducible later on because of host system build toolchain changes.

We need to think about alternative, the current build system still being fragile.

@daym: Please link us to progress and tell us a price estimate on what would be the cost of bringing guix toolchain applied to docker images and if you would be interested in taking that path.
