Improve TRACE_FUNC/ DEBUG_STACK helper functions so that whole stack trace is given on console when TRACE+DEBUG mode is on

Having the whole stack trace would be helpful to understand where we came from and where we are in code when seeing DEBUG/DO_WITH_DEBUG console output
