Can I get lag for all or several consumers rather than one consumer at a time?

When I have dozens of consumer groups that I want to check for lag, I have to make dozens of calls to consumer/CONSUMER-GROUP-NAME/lag. Do you know of any way to get Burrow to give me lag from many consumer groups, rather than one at a time?

Assuming not, would you consider making a GET consumer/lag API call that will return the lag for all consumer groups? Alternatively, I could explicitly specify the consumers I want in a POST (perhaps sending in an array of strings in the body), which would be a little more complicated but reasonable.

I'd love to get it all in one call and then output parts of it to get the whole picture of all lag.
