Add gitStream Status Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Today gitstream pipelines stop working without any reason, without any change.

Describe the solution you'd like There's should be a STATUS PAGE like https://www.githubstatus.com/ where I can quickly see if GitStream is facing a problem right now. I didn't find in the documentation.

Describe alternatives you've considered I had to disable gitstream for a while until it becomes available again.

First of all, apologies for any issues the outage has caused you; we know it can be frustrating to have issues with your CI services.

This is an extremely good recommendation, and we'll add this feature to our product roadmap. We'll provide updates here as things progress.
