Update cached fido metadata jwt in resources test file

What is this PR for?

To fix a broken test.

Overview or reasons

The current cached fido metadata has a root certificate expired, then test fail.

Tasks

I fetched a updated metadata from https://mds3.fidoalliance.org/ and override the cached one.

Result

The test passed.
