allow moving the QR-code to all directions

Allow the QR-code to be moved left and right.

Currently the QR-code can be zoomed and moved up and down. But it it always centred left-right. With a wide tablet, it is difficult to place the code under the scanner when moving left and right is not possible.

app version: 3.4.0 from F-Droid android version: 4.1.2

How are you moving the barcode up and down? I can increase it's size a little using the +/- icons and I can tap it into fullscreen. But it still appears at the center of the screen, which means the margin to the screen edge is too large and the scanner cannot "see" it.
