KataGo Opening Books

Opening an issue just for people who happen to be browsing issues or watching the repo and not other places:

Just recently, KataGo finished an attempt at "solving" 7x7. Detailed browsable opening books of all the believed-optimal lines, expanded out with billions of playouts, many all the way to basically the point of scoring, and commentary on some cool new variations and moves missed by earlier human attempts to solve 7x7 are all here: https://katagobooks.org/

Some of the variations are bewilderingly complicated. But with luck, maybe there are no critical blind spots escaping the reach of this depth of book expansion, so that these might genuinely be all the game-theoretic optimal lines. One can hope :).
